Selling

As an owner, you can decide to sell your home at any time. Being an NFT, you can sell the token in a generic marketplace (such as Opensea or SuperRare) and/or sell it through the Fractional Finance marketplace.

Before you can sell your home, Fractional Finance will review its compliance with the program and authorize the listing.

Token burn / Back to conventional title

If you ever decide to go back to traditional ownership, Fractional Finance can work with you to burn your token and title the house under your name.
