Each property is owned by an individual LLC. Each LLC may be owned by either a Roofstock subsidiary or a third-party seller.

We are currently only accepting properties that do not have any outstanding loans or other encumbrances associated with them.

Yes! You may sell a tenanted property, subject to the terms of the existing lease and any applicable tenant laws.

You may choose to list your property through either Roofstock.com or Fractional Finance, but not both at the same time.
