Who can buy

Both US residents and non-residents can buy a Home onChain. You will be asked to verify your identity before you can buy.

Wallet

To buy and own a Home onChain you need an Ethereum custodial wallet, such as Metamask or Ledger. In these wallets you have full control of the wallet keys. Any wallet compatible with Wallet Connect will work.

An account on a crypto marketplace such as Coinbase or Binance will not work. These are custodial accounts where the keys to transact are controlled by the marketplace, not by you.

Currency

Homes onChain can be purchased using USDC.

For buyers holding fiat currency, Fractional Finance partners with Wyre to offer a quick exchange into USDC.
